July Cooperative's project is based at the Bund, Shanghai. This area contains much of Shanghai’s historical heritage. However, on the other side of the Huangpu River, the Pudong area is modernizing at a rapid pace and providing a stark contrast with sleek, modern shapes and designs. To help balance this contrast, this project is committed to building with consideration for the cultural heritage of the Bund, but at the same time, is still modern in both design and atmosphere.
