Northeastern University is a multi-disciplinary university with a focus on engineering, covering philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, management, and arts. Engineering discipline ranks top 1‰ in ESI in the world. There are 76 undergraduate programs, including 15 state-level specialty programs. There are 24 doctoral programs in first-level disciplines, 121 doctoral programs in second-level disciplines, 35 master's programs in first-level disciplines, 182 master's programs in second-level disciplines, 4 doctoral degrees in engineering and 15 professional master's degrees. There are 19 post-doctoral mobile stations; Three first-level disciplines are state key disciplines, four second-level disciplines are state key disciplines, and one is state key disciplines (cultivation), covering a total of 16 second-level disciplines.
