At the beginning of the pandemic, when everyone was in quarantine in Chile, all Miniso stores were closed, and to maintain the commitment to its audience, the "I Love You From Afar" campaign was created, which is executed 100% online delivering thousands of ideas to entertain your consumers while they were locked up.

Miniso is a Japanese chain of low-cost stores that is positioned in products that its users really love, such as household utensils, cosmetics, stationery, toys and stuffed animals, which have become a sales hit and in a love hit for the brand. Maintaining social distance and staying at home is key to avoid contagion in the situation we find ourselves living (COVID19). For this reason, the commercial and communication strategy was focused throughout the pandemic on providing solutions and supporting each of its clients to keep them entertained and maintain the presence of the Miniso brand. Inbrax develops this campaign for Miniso within this strategic guideline during the pandemic.
