In 2019, Oft was invited to make a brand new storefront design for UA's new concept flagship cinema in Hong Kong K11 musea: K11 Art House. In that experiment of space, Oft design created the first future cinema themed with snow mountain residence in Asia based on the concept of "design and new retail", which took the lead in providing reference model for the cinema as "recreational complex".

UA Cinemas began developing cinema networks in Mainland in 1997 with the first American multiplex cinema in Wuhan called Studio City. In 2004, Studio City Shanghai was the only cinema to gain the honour "Superbrands". UA Cinemas has been extended to major Mainland cities, including Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen and Zhuhai. All UA Cinemas are equipped with state-of-the-art projection and sound systems, complemented by comfortable seating, to present unparalleled and stunning entertainment to moviegoers.
