Esteemed Hassan Pishahang
Abolhassan Pishahang is a designer and researcher exploring how computational methods and material intelligence can shape low-carbon fabrication and future construction. Raised in southern Iran in a culture of making, his work connects craft-based knowledge with advanced design workflows. He earned top national ranking admission to the University of Tehran and later expanded his expertise through large-scale professional projects requiring rapid prototyping and interdisciplinary collaboration. Currently a PhD candidate at Florida Atlantic University, he investigates mycelium and biodegradable biocomposites as active agents in form generation and fabrication, aiming to develop scalable, environmentally responsible design systems.
