The continuous undulating roof of the tourist distribution center is not only a tribute to the common saddle mountain wall in the east of Fujian, but also a unity of order among the scattered six small units. However, under the unified roof, the cultural and sports activity center has a number of small blocks, which looks like a miniature city. The boundary of the two buildings is the circular and square ambulatory, which is not only the designer's adaptation and response to Zhou Ning's rainy and cold climate, but also the non-verbal expression of the "fish sacrifice" culture.

Yue Xu, born in December 1981, is from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, Doctor of architecture, senior architect, national first class registered architect, German HPP architect visiting architect. He once worked in HPP (Dusseldorf headquarters), Zhejiang Architectural Design Institute and other well-known design institutions at home and abroad. Now, he is the design director of EPC center of Zhejiang Academy of Architectural Science and Design Co., Ltd., the vice president of Zhejiang Academy of Architectural Science and Design Co., Ltd., and the host of Jixiang creative research center. Winner of outstanding architecture award of Helmut Hendrich foundation of Germany; outstanding architect of international ecological design union in 2018. He is good at large-scale public buildings, urban comprehensive development, complex urban area design, etc.
