Yuksel Proje was established in 1978 and it is the largest engineering and consultancy company in Turkey with more than 1300 employees and 500 large scale completed projects. The firm is known for its expertise on infrastructure and railway systems. Yuksel Proje was recognized as Turkey’s export champion in the field of technical consultancy in 2018. ENR honored Yuksel Proje as the world’s 203th largest international consultancy firm. Yuksel Proje Design and R&D center was established in 2017.Yuksel Proje prioritizes research, development and design activities in order to carry out pioneering implementations and improve existing services. It aims to increase the number of qualified and well-designed projects. Engineers and designers primarily staff the R&D and Design center. Yuksel Proje’s R&D and Design Center has many registered designs and won a multiple international awards after it’s establishment, including Autodesk’s AEC Excellence Award 2019, A’ Design Award 2019 and the Architecture MasterPrize 2018. The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is dedicated to developing a public transport network to allow sustainable management of mobility by investing rail network. It is expected that the railway systems in Istanbul will reach 1100 km after 2023.
