The Hotel is restored and expanded on the basis of the remaining folk houses in the south lower reaches of the Yangtze river. In terms of space design, CAC establishes a free and open order and conveys the concept of borderless design everywhere.The white wall and lime stones, which are typical materials in a Chinese style residence, are also used for this Hotel, resembling the white space in a Chinese ink painting.When handling the indoor and outdoor relationship, the CAC underscores integration with the landscape and blending with waters.
