Inspired by the nature of Irabu island in Okinawa Japan, this villa is designed to be a part of the island. Surrounded by Natural Limestone, covered in reclaimed wood and decorated with unique art pieces based on traditional colors and shapes this villa is a private retreat on the beach of Sawada. Expression of the design concept are the following keywords: [nature] [symbiosis] [simplicity]The focus of the architectural shape is a full harmony with the topography and colors of the island.The interior is designed to provide a simple and relaxing space without saturating the senses.
