As an upscale residential community, The Palace Show Flat, right at the center of Central Business District, Beijing, enjoys geographical advantage and easy accesses to top level facilities. This project represents a masterpiece among upscale apartments in CBD for the leadership class. This flat ideates art as the guiding principal for design and every space observes this principal fully with a masterfully curated art collection. Inspiration for the detailing throughout the interiors is derived from the Chinese character “Happiness” and its variants make appearances in many details.

DCDA (David Chang Design Associates International) is an international design company specializing in high-end residential show home, marketing sales centers, clubhouses, bespoke private residence, retail, and hospitality including procurement. The firm was originated as a small design studio in Vancouver, Canada in 1998, later incorporated in 2004, and established offices in Guangzhou in 2006 and Beijing in 2009 to provide space planning, interior design and soft furnishings services for major real estate developers in China.
