‘Otter’ is a personal disaster relief backpack for both wet and dry emergencies. The pack consists of two quick-seal storages and a deployable life vest, contained within a hard protective shell. It allows people to quickly store their personal belongings as they make a run during the disaster. When deployed, it helps position the user like a backward-swimming otter, keeping the user's head out of the water at all times by supporting the back of the neck over a long period of time.

Benson Lee is a Product Designer based in Singapore and is currently the working for Studio F. A. Porsche. He believes that good design is comfortable; appealing to our physiological, psychological, ideological, and sociological needs. His design philosophy revolves around simplification. Benson started his professional career in 2013 and has worked on numerous projects ranging in scales, from product to spatial design. Benson has also been featured on both local and international design related media. His design interest is the study of semiotics.

Over the years, Benson had assisted several organisations, both big and small, build their foundation of the Product Design department. Benson has also been featured on design-related news articles and magazines several times, and his works have been published on various design websites and books. Benson's design interest has always been in the study of semiotics and social sciences and hopes to be specialised in these fields in regards to product design.
