Visiofocus is the only thermometer in the world able to project the temperature on patient’s forehead or on objects. It is the evolution of Thermofocus, the first non contact clinical thermometer and it is designed to take body temperature without any contact with skin: the most hygienic way to do it. The projection system also indicates the correct distance for the measurement. Visiofocus has versions perfect for both families and professional use, and has been successfully used to screen people in airports during pandemic situations. It is also designed to take objects' temperature.

Born in 1976, Tecnimed is the company that, in 2000, invented the body temperature measurement on the forehead and the remote measurement with Thermofocus, developing and patenting a technology hitherto unseen in the clinical field. Since then, the company’s R&D department welcomes, as a challenge, the design and production of truly innovative products. This strategy led Tecnimed to the realization of a number of projects whose patents, filed in Italy, have been extended at an international level. Thus, today Tecnimed’s production is characterised by excellent quality levels, a strong tendency towards innovation and a commercial strategy that finds its winning point in a continuous response to the customer’s specific requirements. For an ethical, environmental and quality choice, Tecnimed manufactures its main products strictly in Italy and mainly within its own factory: this allows, in fact, to have full control over product quality, safety aspects, ethical and environmental aspects.
