The lower part of the building shows the image of city and The upper part reflects image of sky that is like a torch.The main structures of building are steel, and building’s façade made of concrete, glass and steel.Area of 8340 square meters .in this building was located two elevators a special restaurant staff, exhibition space and meeting hall and a theater
