It includes two service counters, a parcel delivery area, a cafe bar, and dedicated spaces for meetings, reading, dining, fitness, and swimming. Designed to meet the needs of all residents, the layout balances functionality with a modern and refined atmosphere. Clear zoning ensures efficient management while creating a sense of everyday comfort and care.
