In this posters serial, the Chinese character titles are enlarged to the maximum, like the crude expression of the "big character poster" in the past China. The design also amplifies and exposes the texture and physical properties of different paper edges. In today's digital age, using ancient Chinese characters and traditional "paper" forms to design and arrange through modern Western free format is a symbolic exploration of the historical and contemporary truth issues brought about by cultural collisions.

School of Communication, ECNU, was founded in 2004. The school offers four programs, of Broadcasting and Television, Journalism, Advertising, and Publication and Culture. It now offers: 5 undergraduate majors of Broadcasting and TV Director, Broadcasting and Hosting, Journalism, Advertising, Editing and Publication; 3 master’s programs of, Drama and Film Studies, Journalism, and Communication; and 3 professional master’s programs on Journalism and Communication, Fine Arts (Broadcasting and Television), and Publication. It has 2 master’s programs of first-level discipline on Journalism and Communication, and on Drama and Film Studies; and 1 doctoral program of first-level discipline on Journalism & Communication.
