This project is not just a collection of building, but also a fusion of cultural heritage and innovation. Deeply intertwining traditional culture with modern commercial concepts, the design team has approached the local history and cultural characteristics of Beijing with an innovative mindset, from which the core elements of commercial blocks were extracted to form the themed framework, aiming to make XY Toutiao a new and profound cultural and commercial landmark in Beijing.

Xiagushuyu focuses on shaping the space of business innovation scene, pursuing the double success of business and extraordinary creativity. Wenzhe Gao , Co-founder/Managing Partner/Creative Director of Xiagushuyu. He joined the industry in 2004. With nearly 20 years of working experience, he has witnessed and participated in the development process of Chinese commerce, from the rise and fall of department stores to the rapid development and expansion of shopping mall, and then to the scene revolution of innovative commerce in the Internet era. He has been involved in the process, in-depth and continuous thinking and research. He loves business, has great imagination, cross-border thinking, rich creativity, and is good at creating commercial space with landscape scenes.

Beijing Wangfujing Jinjie Shopping Center Co., Ltd.
Wangfujing Xiyue project is a new non-standard product of Wangfujing Group. For the majority of pioneer youth groups, based on the "culture of co-creation and co-existence", advocating the life concept of "the bolder, the happier", giving full play to the momentum of the immersive multi-dimensional living space of "mutual creation and co-existence", calling on the city's first store and independent creative brands to join, and building a new social ecosystem for Beijing's local young people and brand managers.
