The goal of the renovation is to declutter the existing layout and take advantage of a more ample space, enhancing the influx of natural light while removing corridors and unnecessary circulation. The design embraces a zero-corridor arrangement, allowing the living and dining areas to seamlessly blend into one another throughout the apartment. By incorporating glass doors, we offer direct access to the terraces, enabling a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor living spaces. This redesign offering a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Eva Wong completed her first professional degree in Melbourne, Australia, and continued to complete postgraduate studies in the same school. When she returned to Hong Kong, she worked on a number of large scale, high density residential schemes, hotels and commercial buildings before she founded her own firm. She is inspired to bring minimalist design to her clients. After years of professional practice of architecture in Hong Kong, Eva founded Eva Wong Architects Limited. She believes that every project is distinct from each one's brief and context, and she will make the best efforts in understanding, cooperating and presenting clients' needs. She is very passionate in architecture and design. Eva offers design and built customized services in architectural design, and interior design.
