Founded in 1982, Qingdao Institute of Public Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Public) is one of the finest first-class institutes of architectural design in Qingdao. As an eminent institute with 30 years of history in Qingdao, Institute of Public has undertaken various engineering design of more than 3,000, in the meantime, it has received more than 80 design awards not only citywide but also province wide and nationwide. The team built by Institute of Public covers the whole early-stage services as follows: urban planning, garden landscape, architecture, structure, electromechanical devices (including electric power, telecommunications, HVAC and air conditioning), municipal engineering (including water supply and drainage, gas, heat, special equipment, pressure pipes, and construction roads and bridges), interior design and engineering costs, consulting and deputizing.
