With the ecological environment, the project site has hills and abundant ecological vegetation, which is an ecological region in the west coast area. Respecting the villagers' lifestyle, the starting point of the design is the natural mountain landscape and themed with rural culture. The architects create rural residence that conforms to contemporary thinking and lifestyle. Continuing the spatial form of primitive villages, the design carries pastoral nostalgia and reflects modern civilization.

Founded in 1982, Qingdao Institute of Public Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Public) is one of the finest first-class institutes of architectural design in Qingdao. As an eminent institute with 30 years of history in Qingdao, Institute of Public has undertaken various engineering design of more than 3,000, in the meantime, it has received more than 80 design awards not only citywide but also province wide and nationwide. In 2012, the company raised the scale of operation and technical superiority up to a higher level, and therefore entered a new stage of development. The team built by Institute of Public covers the whole early-stage services as follows: urban planning, garden landscape, architecture, structure, electromechanical devices (including electric power, telecommunications, HVAC and air conditioning), municipal engineering (including water supply and drainage, gas, heat, special equipment, pressure pipes, and construction roads and bridges), interior design and engineering costs, consulting and deputizing.
