The project is located in shenzhen, China. Inspired by elegant curves of fancy carp, the designers abstract the smooth curves into tall and straight lines to build the facade of tower building. Independent of the tower building, the podium building integrates commercial and office spaces. Moreover, it has a commercial display space with terrace on the top.

The institute operates businesses of technical consulting services, engineering design and contracting, material industry, energy conservation and environmental protection, overseas business, and environmental protection investment operations. MCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.: It is a large state-owned real estate developer wholly-owned by China Minmetals and MCC Group, and also a core enterprise in the real estate business of MCC Group. It owns two first-level qualifications for real estate development and property management respectively.
