The shape of each ring has been designed based on the emblem of the brand. It is the source of the designer's creative process which inspired the geometric shape of the rings as well as the engraved signature pattern. Every design has been imagined to be combined in many possible ways. Therefore, this concept of interlocking allows everyone to conceive a piece of jewelry according to their taste and with the balance they desire. In between his studies in space and visual arts at the art school Saint-Luc in Brussels, Ambroise Vassili started to develop his artistic world. In 2015, he was selected by Pascaline Smets to be featured at the Smets Young Talents. During this event that promotes young designers, he presented his first graphic designs. And he decided to materialize three of them through fine jewelry, an art that he particularly admires. His work attracted the attention of the plastic arts department of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and thanks to the prototyping aid that has been granted to him, he was able to produce the prototypes of his first collection in the course of 2018.

CONCEPTUAL FINE JEWELRY | The essence of the designs lies in their emblematic nature. Each ring has been designed based on the emblem of the brand which is the source that allows the designer to keep a guideline through his creative process. Ambroise Vassili aims to create pieces that are playful, opulent and refined at the same time and will provide some freedom to the women and men who will wear them. The goal is to give them the occasion to express their creativity. Therefore, every design has been imagined in several parts that can be worn independently or combined in many possible ways.
