Shangsha is an “urban ghetto” in Shenzhen that is in need for rejuvenation. It is about paving the future. It is about changing people’s lives for the good. It is very rare to find a client that has a passion to create world class architecture. The Centralcon Shangsha mixed-use development is an urban renewal project with an aim to transform the area and change the way people live for generations to come. Here in this project we have created this unique balance with client for a change.
