Ayse Kubilay

Architect Ayse Kubilay completed her education life with honors degree in 2002 and begins immediately to her career. Kubilay opened her fist architecture office in 2007 and completed successfully many hotel, restaurant and residential projects. In 2011, she established a multidisciplinary architecture office in Istanbul, Turkiye. Architect Ayse Kubilay has an integrative approach in her designs, by bringing together different disciplines such as architecture and interior architecture, product and experience design with an experience of more than 20 years. Specializing in national and international hotel chains, restaurants and residence projects, Architect Ayse Kubilay always aims to analyze innovations, the dynamics of the time, changes in lifestyles and reflect these notions in her projects. Ayse Kubilay develops new perspectives by blending the possibilities of contemporary architecture and contemporary lifestyles, while using the location of the project, cultural values and new materials as sources of inspiration. With its integrative approach, the architect focuses on providing a comfortable and memorable experience to the user by designing every detail from the exterior of the buildings to furniture design, textile and color choices. With an advanced expertise especially in hotel projects, Ayse Kubilay also controls costs for the customer hotel management, by producing the most suitable and functional alternatives in solving the required architectural and technical details. Ayse Kubilay, combines architectural and interior design projects, project implementation and management, construction supervision, furniture design and production. While designing construction the process, the architectural office aprroachs cost and time management sensitively in its projects.
