We couldn't reset the password because we couldn't confirm that you are a registered user. We cannot confirm if you are a registered user especially if the email address you provided does not match a user in our database. Perhaps you registered with a different email account. You can retry by entering your email above or you could try another email. Before trying all your email addresses randomly please instead check your inbox(es) now to see which email you were initially registered with; search for any emails from "@adesignaward.com" and see who it was sent to; we have a limit on how many times an IP address could request a password reset and automatic reset will fail if you exceed this limit, if you exceed this limit just contact our support, we will help you.If successfull, the system will generate you a random password, you can change it later after you are logged in. You will recieve the password by email, so be sure to check your email after reset. To get a new password, type your email address correctly to the form above. If you cannot find the reset emails, check your spam folder. If you are not receiving an email, add "support@adesignaward.com and robot@adesignaward.com" addresses to your contact list or white list, and try again in 3 hours.
Good to Know: You cannot reset an account password if you did not initally confirmed your email address, to be able to reset your account password you need to confirm your account email first by finding the registration welcome email in your inbox. If you deleted the welcome email or tried to reset your password account before confirming it first, you can request "Manual Account Email Confirmation & Password Reset Service" from the account services.
