Jui Ching Hsu, the lead designer of the winning project Li Teng explains “Environmental psychology can guide us in creating calming, restorative spaces to discuss dream homes with clients. The light gives off a softer, warm glow on the floor and gaps in the grayscale backdrop. A subdued color palette and flexible, casual layout subtly reveal a sense of profoundness.
