The residence was conceived for a single client whose three adult children visit regularly, requiring a design that balances independence and connection. Each bedroom functions as a self contained suite with a private bathroom and walk in closet, ensuring comfort within a compact footprint. The project is defined by a sequence of emotionally distinct spaces that articulate privacy, intimacy and shared living. Through its spatial organization, the design reinforces family bonds while supporting the individuality of each inhabitant within a cohesive architectural framework.
