LEONE is a multidisciplinary collective whose goal is to achieve human well-being through projects of art, design, engineering and education. Idealizing projects in order to be unique, for it values experimentation and deep research.

LEONE is a kind of collective composed by the head designer Antonnione Franco Leone Ribeiro and eventual side members, chosen according to the needs of each demand. Antonnione is an Italo-Brazilian, 29 years old, graduated in “Social Communication”, “Graphic Design”, “Visual Arts” and has a Master degree in “Design, Innovation and Sustainability”. The focus of the productions is human welfare, achieved by artistic and lyrical productions or functional projects such as social inclusion and sustainability. This group believes in design not as a mere promoter of material culture, so the projects transcend the final product, may also be services, consultancies or more complex systems, such as developing teaching methodologies, and tools for social redirection. Anyway, the focus of this group is to innovate through experimentation and deep laboratory research. LEONE’s latest portfolio demonstrates technologies for the inclusion of the hearing impaired people in Brazilian schools, interactive sets for plays, video installations, video clips for rock bands, artistic installations with augmented reality, motion graphic videos to promote social projects, design consultancies for artisans, teaching methods for history teachers through the use of images, typography for people with dyslexia, cardboard and pallets furniture, projects of accessible environments, reform of public sidewalks for easier accessibility, playful interference in urban space, methods of museums tour for the mentally disabled, tools for the daily life of the wheelchairs and blind people, sustainable packaging and eco accessories, workshops about the reuse of materials for products, consultancies about analysis of product life cycle, and award-winning productions developed in educational workshops about stop-motions made with waste.
