About Hyojun Shim : ***** Hyojun Shim is a co-founder and art director at DAEKI & JUN (DAandCOMPANY). He received a bachelor degree in graphic design from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London and a master degree from Goldsmiths, University of London and another master degree from University College London (UCL), University of London. His design works have been shown at the Fold Gallery, Slade School of Fine Art, Shoreditch Town Hall, Left Bank, UCL Quad, Round House London, London Design Festival, Seoul Citizens Hall, Sejong Art Center, Pi Room Gallery, and Culture Station 284 among others. Moreover, he co-curated several design exhibitions such as Between the First Show, Between #2 and Exhibition of AB in London. His works were awarded by numerous awards including A' Design Award, Graphis Annual, Applied Arts Award, How Design Award, among others. Most recently, his work was awarded the Grand Prize from the 10th exhibition of the Korean Society of Typography and Gold Prize from Graphis Poster Annual 2017. Recently, he teaches at Hankyong National University.
