FS: Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator?
HS: 8 years.Now,I am a Freelancer.
FS: How did you become a designer?
HS: My father is a painter.My design style was deeply influenced by him.
FS: What are your priorities, technique and style when designing?
HS: I like digital tools and latest technology,but do not rely.
FS: Which emotions do you feel when designing?
HS: finished project
FS: What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer?
HS: My husband.
FS: What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?
HS: My father is a painter.My design style was deeply influenced by him.
FS: What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career?
HS: Do what you want,just do it. To see better designs day by day.
FS: You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects?
HS: Follow your heart
FS: What is your day to day look like?
HS: I like read good designs in a boring business day,in a busy business day,maybe everyday.
FS: How do you keep up with latest design trends? To what extent do design trends matter?
HS: I stick with my own personal design style.If latest design trends are useful for the design,I donot refuse.
FS: How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design?
HS: I will think more than others about my designs.Do my best in all my designs.
FS: How do you decide if your design is ready?
HS: keep an open tab.I think every design always can be better.
FS: What is your biggest design work?
HS: Maybe next project.
FS: Who is your favourite designer?
HS: Maybe it's me.Actually I did not think about who is my favourite designer.I only focus on the design itself.
FS: Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture?
HS: In Canton,China.My relatives and friends have become more interested in beautiful things because of design.
FS: Would you tell us more about your work culture and business philosophy?
HS: Alone.A good designer, artist or architect always should be himself/herself .
FS: What are your philanthropic contributions to society as a designer, artist and architect?
HS: If it is a public welfare cause, I am willing to license my designs for free.
FS: What positive experiences you had when you attend the A’ Design Award?
HS: A design award made me better.I became more confident.I have learned better that design is not only about design itself.
