FS: Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator?
TCM: Has been engaged in the design industry for more than 30 years, most of the customers are chain brands, such as: happy hair, Buna coffee, etc.

FS: How did you become a designer?
TCM: Because I like beautiful things, I stepped into the ranks of this designer, and because I met a good boss, I can continue to adhere to this industry.

FS: What are your priorities, technique and style when designing?
TCM: Design the origin of the idea, first find out the central idea, use the center to do the four-week extension, and use the 3d immersive software to turn the virtual reality to achieve the mind

FS: Which emotions do you feel when designing?
TCM: The development of the floor plan at the beginning was my favorite challenge because there are many options that can be developed. It’s a 3D map, it’s a dream in my mind, which makes me very excited.

FS: What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer?
TCM: Participating in social group activities and making friends with successful people can help me to grow fast. Whether it is work or life, it is beneficial. It is the most effective way to grow wisdom with people. And travel everywhere to absorb all aspects of design inspiration and growth. opinion

FS: What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?
TCM: In the journey of personal growth, many learn from each other through customer feedback, and also learn about different national customs and design works through travel, to break their own design ideas, and re-conceive different design thinking. In the future, I want to design a house that is used for self-use. It is surrounded by turf. The floor of the house can penetrate through the soft sway of the grassland that swings down the wind. From time to time, I look down at us from time to time, as if we are with us. Say hello and some creative ideas.

FS: What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career?
TCM: Designer newcomers, it is easy to succeed if you suggest that you should have a passionate heart and keep your desire for new ideas.

FS: You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects?
TCM: As a designer, of course, I am no exception to the spirit of learning to climb up during many falls. Many trips are accumulated by experience. I also enjoy, do not evade, dare to face and challenge, this is the best. One of the prerequisites for success

FS: What is your day to day look like?
TCM: Every day, I get up early, drink a cup of fragrant soy milk with boiled eggs, start a day of fighting mode, let yourself make good use of time allocation, entrepreneurship is very simple, as long as you make up your mind, but insist on it is difficult, let yourself develop habits, habits Become natural, success is not far away. The happiest thing every day is to complete a work or a set thing, no matter how big or small, let me maintain the secret of happiness.

FS: How do you keep up with latest design trends? To what extent do design trends matter?
TCM: Design trends always use the online magazine to get the latest information, understand it and use it, but it can't be used comprehensively. Because the interior design is popular, it is easy to get tired and feel no sense of freshness.

FS: How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design?
TCM: Excellent works are not their own decisions. They are often a sure way to win through the competition. But what is most needed is the customer’s affirmation, the best victory, and the competition is a professional way of judging.

FS: How do you decide if your design is ready?
TCM: The development of the case is often repeatedly broken by the original idea. When there is no more convincing idea, it seems that the case has matured.

FS: What is your biggest design work?
TCM: Buna Café is a work worth exploring. Because it needs a large hinterland, the predecessor is a store that has been changing stores. However, after being packaged by designers, the performance will continue to grow steadily. Of course, it also needs good food. In order to allow customers to pay.The hinterland always needs some time as a source of design thinking, especially when the congenital conditions are bad, it is more necessary to think about how to create better conditions to attract customers to the door and break through the predecessor's dilemma, which will create a better future. The challenging design, so the use of back to the past design techniques and large paintings to create the topic, of course, also spent a lot of manpower and time to achieve, but fortunately the results are satisfactory and happy, this case is my favorite.

FS: Who is your favourite designer?
TCM: Tadao Ando、Sejima Kazuyo are my favorite architects.Sejima Kazuyo design Rolex Learning Center.Tadao Ando design 21_21 Design Sight.I am very touched by the design concept of these buildings.Their design always inspired me a lot of inspiration and admire.

FS: Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture?
TCM: My favorite is the city of Taipei. Because it is always changing fast and big, this is a paradise for designers. In the ever-changing era, what is needed is a breathing space. Music is the most commonly used method of relieving pressure. Music is also one of the most responsive tools to appear in fashion trends, but because Taiwanese are a relatively saving nation, interior design is actually quite hard, and sometimes it needs to be imagined, so the use of materials will be different here. Clue

FS: Would you tell us more about your work culture and business philosophy?
TCM: What is needed in today's society is the team. It is not a way of fighting alone. Resources can last for a long time. Without resources, things will be tied up and tied. People are the biggest team resources, but there are not many people with similar work concepts. Yes, only training can continue to operate, so no matter where I come from, I spend time to do talent training, which also becomes a corporate culture.

FS: What are your philanthropic contributions to society as a designer, artist and architect?
TCM: Students from low-income families are invited to come to the company for internships and pay salaries. After graduation, they should also be enlisted in the company to go to work. Also do some kind contributions from disadvantaged groups.

FS: What positive experiences you had when you attend the A’ Design Award?
TCM: A'design award is competition is well-known and well-known, so being named here can help you affirm yourself and affirm your work. It can also increase your self-confidence and serve as your goal.
