Interview with Nima Bavardi at Sunday 28th of October 2018 ![]() FS: Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator? NB: I have started design professionally since 2015. My recent project was Fidibox that I designed for Tehran subways. FS: How did you become a designer? NB: Since my family's art touches, I grew up with art and design. After graduation master in industrial design I started my professional job. FS: What are your priorities, technique and style when designing? NB: Most of my designs are inspired by nature. On the other hand I follow my signature in designing products. Designers should notice that a good design should easy to connect and easy to use. In addition an emotional connection can attract the users to love the product. FS: Which emotions do you feel when designing? NB: Actually I can not be alive without design. I do not get tired even when i design days and nights. FS: What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer? NB: As i mentioned before I grew up in an artist family and sure I impressed with it. FS: What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project? NB: I deam to grew up my brand to an famous and global one. FS: What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career? NB: Design and design more. FS: You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects? NB: Do not loose your motivation even if you fail a lot. FS: What is your day to day look like? NB: Drinking a cup of coffee during my work also listening my favorite musics. FS: How do you keep up with latest design trends? To what extent do design trends matter? NB: Everything God created has its own beauty that attracts human so most of my designs are inspired by beautiful nature. FS: How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design? NB: A good design should be easy to use and easy to be understand. FS: How do you decide if your design is ready? NB: Surely it can be. FS: What is your biggest design work? NB: My last project for Tehran subways. FS: Who is your favourite designer? NB: There are many names in my mind but actually i am real fan of Karim Rashid. FS: Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture? NB: Surely culture impresses designing process. FS: What positive experiences you had when you attend the A’ Design Award? NB: Attending to A'Design award is a good way to practice to do best designs and also it gave me a high motivation in my professional job.
