FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
WSBC: As a designer is my dream when I was 14 years old. Since my school have a elective subject - design and technology. Mainly is about wood craft. This is the first connection with design. In my high school, I studied fashion image design and got the distinction result. It let me know that I must be a designer in the future. After graduated from high school, I studied higher diploma and bachelors degree in product design. Therefore, I become the product designer.
FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
WSBC: Watch , this is in my first full-time job
FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?
WSBC: Usage and detail. Design is not art, it must be based on usage because we have the target user behind.
FS: Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
WSBC: Daily life.
