| DESIGN NAME: Puff PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bench INSPIRATION: I need to say that inspiration come from palette of colors, cobweb and puff. One day I was in a artist studio, on the floor I saw palette with lot of colors but cobweb were everywhere, even on colors . There were some wooden stools with lot of thinks on it. So lot of colors and some brushes and inspiration has happen. I realist that it is better to have some bench not just stool. First I made some prototype with Styrofoam and with just one color. But after I had finished, my friend Marija wanted to paint on puff and I told here about cobweb, Puff started to make. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Puff bench is unique because of it shape, on the first place. But it is important to say, and materials that it is made of. Seen from above, it consists of two rounds of the same or different colors that connect the wooden part. Puff bench are made of oak. Oak is finely laminated, and the protection is the organic oil. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Puff bench could be total put in pieces and drop to box. So it is easily for transport. It depends witch colors are uses for witch space it will be used. If it is black it is good for office if it is pink it is nice for children's room. So you need just to find your color. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project startes in March 2016. in Cacak, west Serbia. and finished in same place in May. It is exhibited in Mikser Ghost Project in Belgrade in June. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Puff bench are made of oak. Seen from above, it consists of two rounds of the same or different colors that connect the wooden part. Oak is finely laminated, and the protection is the organic oil. Bench has four pillars, and two more to a dead end. Compound legs and wooden panels, which the puffs stand, are dark brown plate. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 400 mm x 1000 mm x 500 mm TAGS: bench, oak, puff, sittings, wooden bench, children's furniture, stool, colorful furniture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: While I was making Puff bench I was interested in humane touch. Bench make some kind of connection bet-vine people, people and animals, children, friends, lovers or an friends. In base it is two stools that are connected to each other. So, idea was confection. CHALLENGE: While I was creating, in particular it was taking care of the stability of the bench. In the beginning, we could not easily achieve stability, since the shooting trestles, the whole structure was unstable, until the introduction of additional panels with ellipses, which is fully consolidated structure and sills finally become stable.
