| DESIGN NAME: R8s Series TV PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mini LED Device INSPIRATION: In the current TV market, consumers' pursuit of picture quality is constantly increasing. Traditional TVs have shortcomings in contrast and detail presentation, failing to meet people's desire for immersive viewing experiences. Compared with traditional LCD technology, MINILED technology offers more precise light control and superior picture quality. The significance of this design is to promote the popularization of TVs with thousands of MINILED zones, enabling more families to enjoy top-notch audio-visual experiences at reasonable prices and enhancing their quality of life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The R8s series MiniLED TV featured speakers on both sides to achieve better sound quality. The rear shell is flattened, allowing the TV to be hung like a decorative painting, integrate into any environment. In terms of design, the circular design of the speakers on both sides creates a visually appealing sense of recurrence. Additionally, the rear shell is equipped with a Vinyl record shaped dual-chamber subwoofer, and the ultra-narrow full-metal frame ensures durability, making it a practical and highly ornamental work of art. There are also various installation and setup options available. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Connect the device: plug the TV power cord into the socket, press the power button of the TV remote control to turn on the TV, and switch channels with the remote control to watch the program; Or connect to the network to watch the content you want to watch. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project will be launched in Shenzhen, China in April 2023 and will be mass-produced in China in January 2025. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The front frame adopts different aluminum alloy finishing techniques, such as fine metal brushing, sandblasting, high-gloss cutting and anodization, so as to show more details on the aluminum alloy frame; The injection-molded back shell and the circular shape speakers on both sides adopt different surface textures，together with the silver hot-stamping decorative strip, add vitality to the whole machine. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Package:1850(mm)x180 TAGS: miniled, batch, brushed, ultra HD, all metal, minimalist aesthetics RESEARCH ABSTRACT: According to Lotu technology data show that in 2023, the global MiniLED TV shipments reached 4.25 million units, an increase of 24.7%, is expected to expand in 2024, the scale to 6.59 million units, and the scale will exceed 10 million units in 2025. With the maturity of technology, cost reduction and market awareness, MiniLED TV shipments are expected to maintain a strong growth momentum in the next few years, and gradually occupy a larger share of the TV market. CHALLENGE: The design focuses on the integration of technology and aesthetics, the use of metal frames to ensure stability and quality, The frame (backplane) of R8s series intelligent MiniLED TV adopts the integrated bending process;The two-color oxidized lathing texture LOGO label and the surface effect treatment of plastic hot stamping on both sides of the production process requires very high precision.
