The design draws from both natural elements and urban aesthetics, creating a dynamic and functional product that appeals to modern households. Each CMF option reflects different lifestyles, offering a versatile cleaning tool that combines performance with style.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This bagless vacuum cleaner features a unique design with a Horizon concept represented by the cyclone area, which serves as the core for trapping dust and debris. The powerful cyclone system efficiently captures and isolates particles, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene. Its compact and ergonomic design, combined with multiple CMF variations, caters to different user tastes while offering easy maintenance and maneuverability in tight spaces.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Using this vacuum cleaner is effortless—just plug it in, turn it on, and let the powerful suction do the work. The bagless design makes emptying dust easy, while the compact and lightweight body allows for smooth movement around the house. Advanced airflow technology ensures deep cleaning on any surface, capturing even the finest dust. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in 2022 as a flagship product designed to redefine the brand’s design language. Given its significance, extensive research, development, and refinement processes were undertaken to ensure both aesthetic and functional excellence. In 2025, mass production officially commenced, marking the beginning of its commercial journey. The product is now set to enter the market, offering a cutting edge cleaning solution for modern households.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The vacuum cleaner was developed using advanced fluid dynamics simulations to optimize airflow and maximize suction efficiency. The body is constructed from high impact ABS and polycarbonate composites, ensuring durability while keeping the design lightweight. The cyclonic separation system enhances dust particle filtration, eliminating the need for disposable bags. Injection molding and precision assembly techniques were employed to streamline production, reducing material waste and improving cost efficiency.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This project was based on design driven research, inspired by concept cars to create a flagship vacuum cleaner with aerodynamic efficiency and ergonomic usability. Using market analysis, user studies, and prototyping, data was gathered through surveys and airflow simulations. Results led to a sleek, high performance design with strong suction and smooth maneuverability. This innovation enhances usability, brand identity, and market competitiveness.
CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was merging high performance vacuum technology with an automotive inspired aesthetic while ensuring ergonomic usability and cost effective production. Internally, balancing form and function required extensive prototyping. Socially, consumer demand for sleek yet practical home appliances influenced design choices. Externally, manufacturing constraints and material selection posed challenges. Advanced simulation tools and material innovations helped overcome these obstacles.
