| DESIGN NAME: Xu Zhai PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Building INSPIRATION: The first floor introduces the water view and the balcony drought view, also enriches the spatial experience, the underground implantation creates the scenery, causes the space to have the ventilation feeling. Each floor is arranged to pick out the empty area, convenient upstairs and downstairs exchange and dialogue, increase the affection between people. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: According to the structure after the demolition and renovation, just according to the traditional form of the quadrangle fit, many levels, far-reaching effect. The Front virescence of the villa and the lake surface are introduced into the interior through the large floor-to-ceiling glass after the transformation, the view is very good.
