PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Beverage Label Design

INSPIRATION:
My inspiration is from Pocky and Kirin's Gogo no Kocha collaboration package design. When I lived in Japan, I was always excited to buy their product because of their lovely and creative package. I believe the combinational illustration style attracts more attention from consumers and shows a pleasant feeling.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Flux is a beverage brand that required me to create a label for their Raspberry Mint Kombucha bottle. My design is a combinational illustration style. The crafted illustrations designed as couples enjoy healthy kombucha. The consumer could only get half of the picture if they only purchase one bottle. The primary colours are orange and pink, which expresses raspberry and summer feeling. So, this design is not only eye-catching but also beneficial for increasing sales.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
I used to work in the marketing industry, so I created my project with strategic marketing thinking. Firstly, I did research regarding the brand, function of the product, Kombucha market, target audience, competitor. After I understood and analysed the key factors (4P: product,price,place,promotion)for the product,I decided to use illustration style to create the project because it is eye-catching and could enhance consumer to get a second one.Then,I drew it on my sketchbook. Finally, I used photoshop and illustrator to put it digitally.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in July 2020 and finished in August 2020 in Australia while I was studying at Billy Blue College of Design.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
I used illustrator and photoshop to design this project.
