Sina Complex Commercial and administrative is an innovative architectural project that exemplifies the integration of environmental consciousness with modern commercial design principles. Located in Tehran, this 18-story mixed-use development encompasses 31,694 square meters of space, incorporating commercial, administrative, and dining facilities within its sophisticated structure. The complex's distinctive design philosophy centers around the concept of a respiratory lung that maintains contact with open air, featuring an intricate system of vegetation-filtered spaces throughout the building. The architecture draws inspiration from two significant symbols: the international trade barcode and Tehran's Azadi Tower, which influenced the building's exterior shell design. The structure rises to a height of 75.1 meters and houses 91 commercial units spanning 4,724 square meters, 49 administrative units covering 4,578 square meters, and a 666-square-meter restaurant. A notable feature is its implementation of biological concrete in the façade shells, which supports the growth of vegetation and enhances environmental compatibility. The design incorporates innovative solutions to address urban challenges, including air and noise pollution, through the strategic use of climbing plants, element gardens, and green shells that actively produce oxygen and filter air flow.
