This Silver A' Design Award-winning shopping complex, completed in 2019, encompasses a total construction area of 45,083.19 square meters spread across four floors above ground and three underground levels, situated on a 12,107.89-square-meter site. The architectural concept revolves around an open garden space design, incorporating multiple courtyards, pathways, and boundaries that create a series of multi-level external spaces enhanced by vertical greening elements scattered throughout the first floor, three-level aerial platform, and roof. The design philosophy draws inspiration from classical Chinese spatial arrangements, where the concept of garden is interpreted through the strategic splitting and reorganization of spaces to form enclosed and semi-enclosed areas of varying scales. The project successfully transformed from its original intended purpose as a financial office space into a vibrant commercial center that responds effectively to local demographic needs, featuring innovative solutions for integrating shopping, dining, entertainment, leisure, cultural activities, and public services. The mall's architectural language incorporates essential elements of Chinese classical culture, transformed into contemporary symbolic expressions that celebrate the cultural heritage of the Central Plains region while employing modern, minimalist techniques.
