This page helps prospective participants to calculate nomination fees for the Government Account Type with an indicative Preliminary Score of Participant (2). |
The Entry Period
There are three main entry periods and additionally five micro periods that relates to nominations.
The earlier you join the competition, the less the nomination fees but the more you have to wait for learning your results. Early entry period is between April 1st to June 30th of each year, Regular Entry period is from July 1st to September 30th of each year and the Late Entry is between October 1st to February 28th of each year. Last and Omega periods are not suggested for any participant as the fees would be significantly higher, while Special periods such as the First Bird, Earliest Bird or Mid-Season Days could provide great discounts. Government |
Government Account: Designed for governments, administratives of local or national governments regardless of responsibility (executive, legistlative or judiciary), this account type provides discounted nomination ticket possibilities to distribute to designers or companies in order to subsidize design or to spur economy through design promotion.
Eligibility / Conditions: Representing an official government as acknowledged by UN. Can be any branch of the government including but not limited to ministry of economy, ministry of culture or council of designs, council of developments or any others such as design centers, design development initatives or other administrative bodies. Choose this option, if you officially represent a government body, if you are a breaucrat, government representative or politician with seat in parliment. |
