Award Submission Service
A' Design Award & Competition already offers Awards Entry Services for when you wish to join the A' Design Award via dedicated management as well as Design Award Concierge Service. Awards Submission Service is when you wish to join other awards, certification and recognition programs other than A' Design Award, in this case, depending on the award, certification or recognition program, A' Design Award can help you fill paperwork and make an entry to the select further award, certification and recognition programs, at your discretion, and on your demand. A' Design Award's Award Submission Service is an on-demand service with a distinct cost. The Award Submission Service cost is based on the award you are applying for, and whether you would need us to manage any post-results actions or services, such as if we need to order any winner items (trophies, certificates, yearbooks), fill interviews, manage exhibition participation or gala tickets, whether we shall do additional, add-on pr services etc. Regardless of the award, there are eight levels of Awards Submission Service. The first five Award Submission Service options, require you to already have a product or project that has been recognized by the A' Design Award. Then there are three Awards Submission Service options where you can apply with any work, product or project that has not yet been recognized by the A' Design Award, including concept stage works and new products.

Award Submission Service for A' Design Award Winning Works
This is the service tier for submitting works already awarded with the A' Design Award, to other awards, through A' Design Award, provided such awards allow third-parties to complete submission and registration process on behalf of you. There are five Awards Submission Services we have for your already winning works: 1) Fully Managed Awards Submission Service, where we take care of everything (physical and digital deliverables, ordering of items etc, for standard awards where there are not too many post-result services). 2) Submission Only Service (where our responsabilities end when the submission concludes). 3) Submission and Digital Deliverables (includes submission plus eventual digital certificate, logo download and if available yearbook download if your work is awarded) 4) Premium Awards Submission Service (where we also prepare the presentation using available content + take care of all deliverables), 5) Ultra Premium Awards Submission Service is when the award you join requires significant of additional content or data and ongoing communication for extended period due to significant number of post-result deliverables, such as configuring pr campaigns, replying interviews, filling Q&As etc + additional content creation.

Award Submission Service for New Products, Projects and Services
This is our service tier for submitting your works, products or projects not yet awarded with the A' Design Award to other awards, certification and recognition programs. In this case we have 3 distinct service levels, with simplified pricing. 6) Basic Awards Submission Service where we use your existing content, text and images to prepare and complete your submission following submission requirements and evaluation criteria noted by the award, certification or recognition program you are aplying for; i.e. we would make a tailor-fit submission to cater to the asks of the program you apply for, and we would comply with their technical requirements (word counts, image dimensions, image resolutions, and others) to make a proper entry. 7) Managed and Dedicated Awards Submission Service is where not only we do the submission but follow up on your results and help you obtain the deliverables such as by helping you order trophies, yearbooks, certificates and/or helping you book gala night or award ceremony event tickets (please note that unlike A' Design Award, many other awards charge extra for the winner items, and sometimes there may be contractually obligated winner fees, while A' Design Award has no further fees policy and does not have such fees, other awards apart from A' Design Award may have such fees and we do not include these fees within the quote). 8) Managed Awards Submission and Full Public Relations Campaign is when, in addition to helping you enter and nominate your products, projects and services to awards, recognition and certification programs, we also help you obtain winner deliverables and most importantly follow post-result PR services offered by the awards, moreover, we support your PR Campaign with press release preparation and distribution services to help the world know about your win. Finally, we also able to offer Design, Presentation and Submission Service: In this model, we will pass the design process to World Design Consortium member designers, and then submit, this is of course a next level service where the fees depend on the project. In addition to all service levels, we also are able to provide visualization services prior to award submissions as well as Media Price Quotation Service.

Award Submission Service Fees and Conditions
Please note that not all awards are eligible, as some awards do not legally allow third-parties to submit on behalf of others, and some may require you to provide us with legal power to enter into contract with them on your behalf (similar to power of attorney but for very specific case of single award entry for particular work). The indicative cost is as follows: (1) Fully Managed Award Submission: +2X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added. (2) Submission Only Service +1X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added. (3) Submission and Digital Deliverables +1.5X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added. (4) Premium Awards Submission Service +3X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added. (5) Ultra Premium Awards Submission Service +5X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added. + 500 EUR is added for each entry submission, and +500 EUR is added for each month where our active involvement is required (months where we do not actively involve with the submission are not charged, this may include managing mails and communications, following up specific deadlines, relaying information and similar, before or after results announcement). (6) Basic Awards Submission Service 1X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added + 1000 EUR (7) Managed and Dedicated Awards Submission Service 2X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added + 1500 EUR (8) Managed Awards Submission and Full Public Relations + 3X Nomination Fees, Winner Fees or Further Fees paid by you, if paid by us, 1.75X such fees are added + 7500 EUR.
