Mostafa Arvand has been described as the most influential designer of his generation. He has worked across a wide range of disciplines, creating everything from furniture and household objects to medical devices. Mostafa’s award-winning work is a testament to his quest for innovation and creating design solutions that improve the quality of life. Based in Tehran – Iran, he aims to continue his efforts in developing new talent and inspiring design thinking all around the world. Born in Iran, Arvand spent much of his childhood in the North of Iran. He started experimenting with tableware design as a student and, after graduation, was working at a big company for 5 years. Arvand has lived and worked in Tehran, where he is now based, and he continues to travel widely. His clients include a broad range of the best-known and most prestigious brands in Iran – from manufacturing and technology to home appliances, medical, and the luxury goods sector. Many of his designs have been a runaway success for his clients and have achieved the status of modern design icons. In addition, he was appointed from 2015 to 2016 as The Middle East product designer & achieve design thinking. His work is present in many major stores, hypermarket including the Middle East.
