MiiTi is a high temperature infrared grill designed for indoor use. Operating at approximately 400°C, it delivers direct and uniform heat transfer, preserving moisture and natural flavor. Its top mounted heating system reduces smoke and odor by preventing direct oil contact. The top down configuration enables consistent results across different food thicknesses. With its compact form, modular structure, ergonomic handling, and inox body with glass detailing, it adapts to contemporary kitchen environments and offers an alternative approach to conventional grilling methods.

Tanatar was established in 1973 in Eskisehir, Turkey, as a family-owned company. Since its foundation, the company has continuously developed its capabilities in sheet metal forming, assembly, and tooling production. With its innovative products and R&D-focused approach, Tanatar strengthens both its technology and position in the industrial manufacturing sector every day. Currently, Tanatar operates in the industrial production field under the brands Tanatar, Elteknik, TurkEl, and DNA, utilizing nearly 100 production machines ranging from 5 to 2000 tons in capacity-making it one of the leading companies in the sector. On December 6, 2018, Tanatar established an R&D Center approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Turkey. The R&D center employs 20-25 professionals and continues to carry out multidisciplinary projects. To date, the company has obtained: 5 international patents 4 national patents 5 national utility models 1 industrial design 1 international trademark and 9 national intellectual property rights The project titled "Infrared Rapid Cooking System Design and Prototype Manufacturing" has led to the development of MiiTi, which is currently in the process of being prepared for mass production.
