Changshu Institute of Technology is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. It closely follows the local industrial characteristics, adheres to the educational philosophy of "industry orientation and prominent application", plans disciplines and professional chains around the industrial chain, focuses on cultivating students' basic abilities and practical innovation abilities, emphasizes the construction of disciplinary connotations and the improvement of social service capabilities, and provides talent and technical support for local industrial transformation and upgrading. The college has deeply designed and established a talent training curriculum system that shifts towards application-oriented development, integrating the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education into it, forming a talent training program with clear training objectives, clear training directions, solid theoretical foundations, outstanding practical abilities, and innovative capabilities. Based on the needs of both enterprises and colleges, we will construct a school enterprise joint training course module, jointly build practical courses between schools and enterprises, and create a new path for cultivating innovative talents.
