This service is about getting a video feedback for your award winning work. We will ask the jury members who vote your designs 6 questions about the awarded work. The questions would be for example: 1. Why do you think this project or product deserves to win the A' Design Award. 2. Why do you think this product could be a better alternative to the existing products in the market or prior projects. 3. What key points or features did you especially like in this product or project? 4. What do you think would be the expected benefits of having this product or project? 5. How does this product or project help create a better world? - Plus we could ask a question of your choice.

To make the award winning design testimonial videos, we will send a video team to question and interview the award judges, however before sending them video teams we need to ensure that the jury members would be available for comments and we need to know whether the jury members would have time in their busy schedule to spare for video comments. To provide them an additional incentive to get involved in your videos, we also propose a small gift box that includes an extra jury kit which includes a nomination ticket, additional books and merchandise as well as a thank you dinner.

Please note that we especially do not want to make this videos commercial other than a small incentive offering which is indeed required out of politeness, as a thank you for their valuable time. This service cannot be guaranteed in advance, we cannot say anything for the timing or availability of jury members. If you order this service, first we will ask all the jury members who voted your project and then if a jury member agrees to, and has time to comment, we will proceed with it. It is better to contact us before ordering to ensure that we do not need to refund your fees later.

We might occasionally need to travel for making the videos, and in some cases post production would be required, furthermore, it is possible that the jury members even though they would agree to comment would give us appointments in future dates, could also postpone appointments etc. Therefore, we do not guarantee a timing or schedule for this service, however usually the event takes about several weeks. Before the interviews and testimonials are made, we will also ask you to sign an agreement. This agreement is about the fact that you are going to withhold the interviewed parties away from harm in legal cases, for example if you had a defect in a product which caused harm, this agreement states that if these people would take legal actions against the jury members, you would intervene and you would take the responsibility.

The duration of the video would be from 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the jury member, some would prefer making long sentences while others might simply answer quick, depending on their personality, we are not able to oblige or ask them to talk more or less. If you wish to use these testimonials in advertisements or public videos, a licensing agreement is also made, in this case we reserve right to compensate the jury members further for their public appearances. Furthermore, if there are travel or accomodation fees involved or required to prepare the videos, such as for sending our camera crew, you would also need to cover for these fees extra, we will communicate the extra fees to you in advance if the amount would exceed 2.000 euro.
