| DESIGN NAME: Foshan Vanke IFC PRIMARY FUNCTION: Commercial Buildings INSPIRATION: Foshan Vanke International Finance Centre, portal building of the Financial Plaza, is located in the intersection of Guilan Road and Central Avenue in Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is the highest landmark in High-tech Zone and owns inherent favorable location and landscape superiority . The developer(Foshan Vanke) aims to build it the first super Grade A office building in that district and make it a model of high quality office buildings of Nanhai district. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Terrace-setback technique helps to form a benchmark building with a sense of sculpture. The building presents a visual effect of "multi-layered blocks overlapping", outlines the skyline of Guilan Road and minimizes oppression brought by dense buildings around.
