| DESIGN NAME: Alpha Chair PRIMARY FUNCTION: Furniture INSPIRATION: The inspiration of the seat is derived from the change of the visual angle and the change of the strength of the support. The design of the chair body to the extended exhibition symbolizes the enthusiasm and the vitality of life. The change of the morphological characteristics is combined with the aesthetic needs of human beings. The light-weight aluminum alloy is used as the material for the armrests and the bottom support. The surface plating is used to make the seat more durable and beautiful. The combination of beech and aluminum alloy reflects the simple and refined style of modern home. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design of the seat measures the relationship between the angle and the support. The overall shape is unique, novel, and the smooth surface shape is applied to the human body. The support angle of the aluminum alloy leg is bold and reasonable, and the layers are wrapped. The combination of metal support and beech chair body produces a rich contrast of visual color. The combination of material and shape forms a unique design of seat angle and support. The shape is concise. The armrest and bottom support surface are made of aluminum alloy plating process. High durability. The overall angle and support form are in line with modern people's demand for seat aesthetics. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: By grasping the armrests, the user can sit on the seat more smoothly, and the front legs of the aluminum alloy support the force, interacting with the pressure exerted by the person from above the chair, so that the chair is more stable. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The armrests of the leisure seat and the frame part of the bottom support are made of aluminum alloy, the surface of the aluminum alloy is plated, the seat itself is made of wood, and the combination of beech and aluminum is used to realize the connection and the functionality of the chair. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 500mmx400mmx650mm The furniture is made of solid wood. The armrest part and the bottom support of the seat are processed by CNC milling or mold casting technology. The surface of the aluminum alloy is processed by electroplating. Use interspersed support to increase seat stability.
