| DESIGN NAME: The Crown of Avenue Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Showflat INSPIRATION: The space design chooses the magnificent historical landscape of Zheng He's Ocean Voyage, along the historical texture and cultural vein, to show the magnificent picture of Shangbang, rich in wealth and rich in people, unprecedented grandeur and unprecedented momentum. In space design, attention should be paid to the collection of exotic treasures and famous artists work. Arc lines are decorated in many places to simulate the shape of the bow. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in an advantageous geographical location close to the scarce CBD area in Beijing. It is a commercial project with 50 year property rights. Its use function is not fixed, it is changeable, it can be used for residential or commercial purposes, and it can be used as a private board of directors of high end clubs and enterprises. It can be switched at any time to meet the needs of different scenarios and has the possibility of various modifications. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The space configuration is extended by modern concise straight lines, highlighting the brightness of straight edges, emphasizing the visual impact of geometric shapes, and embedding ten thousand character lines and circular arc lines in the vertical sills of large areas, which not only harmonizes the cold completion of straight lines, but also highlights the leisure and gentleness of Chinese style. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In terms of tone, warm and bright colors are selected to create an atmosphere. Bright colors have the function of enlarging the space, and with highlighting the texture of natural stones, they create a sense of meaningfulness, beauty and comfort. For example, the first floor is mainly made of white stone, matched with golden and warm coffee; the second floor is mainly made of warm dark wood, matched with orange, partially decorated with warm green and beige; the first floor and the second floor are mainly made of light-colored wood with beige wallpaper and golden leather. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area: 1655 square meters Height: highest 6.5 m, lowest 2.6 m TAGS: Luxury, Residence, Interior Design, Classical, Timeless, Showflat, Show Villa, High End Residential RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The most splendid underground space in space, there were many original ideas, from the regular idea of doing ordinary underground multi-functional space, to basketball court, rock climbing field, boxing platform, these ideas, and finally to make a boat, which has undergone a process, this design idea is also a relatively new exploratory attempt in China, after many considerations and discussions at meetings, such as acoustic optoelectronics. The system's professional cooperation, the arrangement of spatial scale and the measurement of customer acceptance finally decided to make this brand new and bold attempt. CHALLENGE: Underground entertainment space (ship shape) is too large and complicated to be done by construction units. We need to make detailed steps to guide the implementation from laying-out to later. When the ship-shaped frame comes out, it needs acousto-optic system to cooperate with the overall theme effect. The cabin space can not be too short or too depressing, and the position of the cabin is accurate when entering the machine (so as to ensure the projection effect). After a series of repeated deliberation and measurement, the satisfactory results are obtained.
