| DESIGN NAME: The Park Sales Center PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Being close to the two landmark parks North Sichuan Road Park and Hailun Park, the advantage of location is very rare in downtown area. So, designer apply into the design the concept of the park. It has not only the park of bridge and flowing water, but also the harmony of human and the nature. It is the destination to seek leisure, tranquility and poetic charm deep in the heart. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Through ingenious design, designer make the interior space into a surrounding moving line design like walking in the park.And designed a complete indoor water system to create an indoor waterscape, which makes people feel walking in the park around the lake when they wander in the interior space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: There were many small shops on 2nd floor originally. Designer analyze the structure of the original building and break the original space and turn it into an open interior garden. Through ingenious design, designer make the interior space into a surrounding moving line design like walking in the park.And designed a complete indoor water system to create an indoor waterscape, which makes people feel walking in the park around the lake when they wander in the interior space. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: It is finished in Shanghai, China in 2018. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The 3D model is used to build the model of the VIP negotiation area. The 3D rendering is exactly the same. The wood veneer combined with the LED strips creates the feeling of the VIP space form, making it a spatial highlight. Together with the glass facade that can see the park landscape, a complete spatial form can be achieved. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project has 1211.7 Square meter TAGS: The park，Bridge, Flowing Water, Waterfall RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The designer hopes to integrate the concept of the park into the design perfectly, so studied a water system that is made indoors completely, creates an indoor waterscape, and integrates the design elements of the small bridge, peach tree and other parks. In the design of space, it aims to create a living space where people and nature live in harmony, and realize the harmonious development between man and nature. CHALLENGE: Designer move the exterior garden into interior space and create an oriental garden space with elements like bridge, flowing water, waterfall, etc. Construction of water pond in the interior space is one of the challenges.
