| DESIGN NAME: Functional and Colorful Office PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: Principles and ideology of client's company is the best inspiration for creation of bright and functional space, which is comfortable and cozy place for all team members. We inspired by atmosphere of the company, their attitude to work and each other. The main goal was to create a comfortable working space for everyone and the safe the team spirit UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This office in St. Petersburg is the main Technology Center of the company. Here specialist develop their key software products. Architects need not only to preserve style and historical character of location, but also to create thought-over, functional and filled with symbolic interior. A comfort and cozy working space for all staff members. Therefore, in new office transformable zones, multitasking space and air glass partitions appeared. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The office is zoned by glass partitions about three meters high, visually uniting space and people. This decision keeps openness and provides sound insulation, sufficient for comfortable work of teams. Open engineering systems which filled 4.5-meter ceilings, are designed to create the uniform structural massif. There are acoustic cylinders from the Russian production Flexakustik-FR on a ceiling in a conference room for more comfortable communication. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project begun in June, 2017 and completed in June, 2018. Nearly a year architects and builders created office for comfortable work of employees in the building post-industrialism monument Business Center "LinKor". And Briz Studio managed it! PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In this project designers team use furniture and accesories by Vitra , such as EM table, Vitra x2, Chair DKR-2, Vitra x18, Prouve Chair Standard SP, Vitra x10, ID Mesh, Vitra x2, Table, Tyde, Vitra x2, Nelson Bench, Vitra x1, Map table Vitra x28, Physix, Studio Vitra x40, Chair ID Mesh x54, ESU Eames BookCase x2, Ad hoс high meeting table by Vitra x1, HAL Stool high Vitra x4, Work it, Vitra x5, JOYN platform, Vitra x6, Tyde, Vitra x6, Storage, Vitra x4, table Ad Hoct, Vitra x3, Vitra Living Tower x2, Light Atelier Lyktan, Carpet Balsan. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Building corp width 18,5 m built-up area of a floor 56 m Height 4,5 m TAGS: office interior, architecture, public space, furnishing, interior, special design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Thanks to correctly built interaction with the customer architects created the interior which is thought over and filled with symbolic and reflect the company's working principles. CHALLENGE: The company especially appreciates the team. That's why we create a large real-life communication point in the central part of the corridor the vacation spot and place for discussions. All walls in the office is a writing surface. You never know where and when the brilliant idea come, and with such functionality it is easy to visualize and show it to colleagues. Sliding partitions in a conference and negotiation rooms help to easily transform space for communications under various tasks. For example, the surface of partitions also can be used as marker boards.
